InfoComm 2026 LED Trends: Lower Costs, Faster Installation, and Smarter Integration

The InfoComm 2026 LED preview reflects several consistent themes: the push toward easier installation and deployment, the accelerating maturation of MicroLED and COB technologies into mainstream commercial choices, and the growing recognition that the display is only part of what integrators are buying. The price per square foot of dvLED has dropped enough to be competitive for installations under 200 inches diagonal, a threshold that covers most commercial AV projects, and that democratization is reshaping what manufacturers need to compete on. Increasingly, that means the full stack: display quality, processing, software integration, and an installation experience that keeps projects on schedule and on budget.

The Mounting Story: Installation Efficiency is the New Battleground

As the LED display market matures, the mounting and installation infrastructure supporting it has become a major competitive arena. Several companies are making bold moves at InfoComm 2026 in this space.

Peerless-AV

Peerless-AV's SEAMLESS Connect Universal system supports virtually any latching dvLED cabinet in a 40mm profile and is scalable to large-scale and corner-wrapping configurations.

Peerless-AV arrives in booth C8725 with its SEAMLESS Connect Universal dvLED Mounting System lineup, which has been evolving rapidly. The SEAMLESS Connect Universal system is compatible with most latching dvLED cabinets and can scale to any size or configuration, including large-scale and corner-wrapping displays, with a 40mm depth that the company describes as the slimmest profile on the market.

At ISE 2026 earlier this year, Peerless debuted two notable extensions of its portfolio: a new modular, non-corrosive universal outdoor dvLED mount designed to work with most latching outdoor dvLED displays, and an indoor solution for non-latching cabinets being shown for the first time. The company has also been building out substructure solutions—floor-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling, bolt-down, mobile cart, and freestanding—to cover installations where direct wall mounting isn't feasible. Peerless-AV's Rob Meiner has emphasized that early collaboration with mounting manufacturers is critical for precision and seamless installations, and that configurable mounting systems enable creative designs—including curved and outdoor configurations—while maintaining stability and alignment.

Mount-It! PRO

The Zaxxis Micro brings precise Z-axis depth control to an ultra-slim 43mm profile, achieving a total installation depth under four inches when paired with SBC Crystal Series cabinets.

Mount-It! PRO (booth C8767) is generating buzz with the debut of the Zaxxis Micro, a patent-pending update to its award-winning Zaxxis dvLED mount system. The new version 2.0 offers precise Z-axis depth control in an ultra-slim 43mm profile, and when paired with SBC Crystal Series cabinets, delivers a total depth of less than 4 inches - a profile suited for ADA-compliant installations. The company is also spotlighting a Jupiter Systems Pana 81-inch display in portrait orientation powered by Velasea's digital signage platform, demonstrating how mounting hardware integrates into a complete content delivery ecosystem.

Mount-It! PRO continues to position itself as a value-driven alternative to legacy mounting brands. The company's pitch to integrators centers on clean channel pricing, tiered price protection, free freight, no minimum order requirements, and a lifetime warranty - all alongside a lineup priced significantly below comparable solutions from major brands. "Install efficiency is no longer a 'nice to have', it's critical to project success," said John Harmyk, the company's director of Pro AV sales.

Draper

The Foundation ONE simplifies LED wall mounting with a modular, per-panel approach, at a price point below most manufacturer-specific mounts.

The Foundation ONE is a freshly released product from January/February 2026, and it's clearly on the radar for InfoComm. The Foundation ONE is a new LED mounting solution designed to make wall mounting faster, simpler, and more economical. It's a cost-effective alternative to manufacturer-specific and universal mounts, using a modular per-panel approach - once the base row is set, the rest of the system stacks upward quickly and accurately. It supports most LED cabinet sizes from 600mm to 610mm wide, with a broader range of formats planned.

It's a notable product because Foundation ONE is positioned as less expensive than many other mounting options, including those provided by LED manufacturers themselves, and is designed so that dealers and distributors can stock components to help integrators stay on schedule and win more projects. Draper will be located at booth C7000.

Next week, we'll cover dvLED processing innovations and LED education opportunities at InfoComm 2026.

InfoComm 2026 runs June 13-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with exhibits open June 17-19.
